Fostering Competencies Development in Belarusian Higher Education.<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main aim of FosterC is to support the modernisation of governance, management and functioning of Belarusian Higher Education Institutions. For that, FosterC will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Provide indicators for conceptualize learning outcomes in terms of competencies (knowledge, skills and attitudes).<\/li><li>Upgrade and improve innovative training methods and the development of pedagogical creativity.<\/li><li>Equip Belarusian Higher Education Institutions with the necessary information tool to facilitate the implementation of internal and external quality assurance systems\/guideline.<\/li><li>Modernize the systems and practices of data collection and analysis in the Belarusian HE system through the development of an integrated &#8221;Management Information System&#8221; improving HEIs&#8217; management in teaching and learning activities.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The main website of FosterC-project can be found at  <a href=\"http:\/\/fosterc.webs.upv.es\/\">http:\/\/fosterc.webs.upv.es\/<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"50\" height=\"31\" src=\"https:\/\/blogit.utu.fi\/fosterc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/525\/2020\/03\/50px-Flag_of_Finland.svg_-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-99\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FosterC-hankkeesta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>  <strong>FOSTERC<\/strong> = <strong>Fostering Competencies Development in Belarusian Higher Education.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FosterC-hankkeen p\u00e4\u00e4tavoite on tukea valkoven\u00e4l\u00e4isten korkeakoulujen johtamisen, hallinnon ja toiminnan uudistamista.
