Mr. Ramin Guluzade, Minister of Transport, Communications and High Technologies officially welcomed the participants to Azerbaijan and declared the conference open.\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/blogit.utu.fi\/hazard\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/65\/2018\/05\/baku3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3144\" src=\"https:\/\/blogit.utu.fi\/hazard\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/65\/2018\/05\/baku3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogit.utu.fi\/hazard\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/65\/2018\/05\/baku3.jpg 800w, https:\/\/blogit.utu.fi\/hazard\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/65\/2018\/05\/baku3-600x450.jpg 600w, https:\/\/blogit.utu.fi\/hazard\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/65\/2018\/05\/baku3-700x525.jpg 700w, https:\/\/blogit.utu.fi\/hazard\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/65\/2018\/05\/baku3-332x249.jpg 332w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The conference focused on the important and interesting topics like emerging transport corridors in the region and around the world, the contribution of the free trade zones to the economy and the concepts of \u201cSmartPorts\u201d and \u201cGreen Ports\u201d. The working sessions were an excellent forum to learn the latest trends of the maritime world.
