The jury of the Managing Authority and Joint Secretariat has selected HAZARD Project’s picture as the winner of the category “Your project in one picture” in Interreg Baltic Sea Region photo competition. The winning shot was captured by Project Director Lauri Ojala during a large-scale exercise at Port of Klaip\u0117da, Lithuania on 28 September 2017.\u00a0The exercise simulated a chemical accident in the container terminal. In the HAZARD Final Conference in Tallinn, this picture garnered the most votes in the project’s internal photo contest.<\/p>\n

The picture was exhibited last week during the Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programme Conference and will now be exhibited at the premises of the Managing Authority and Joint Secretariat in Rostock. The winning HAZARD picture is going to be proposed as the cover of the PANORAMA magazine (June edition).<\/p>\n
