A technological innovation should have an impact and it might be replicated in other companies within the same industry sector, for example:

  • Propose data collection related to health of employees and customers while being at the workplace. How can data and technology help this particular company to overcome current challenges of covid-19, and contribute to the understanding and mitigation of any pandemic? Is it possible that this data can be linked with national containment and epidemic control?
  • How to prepare companies’ infrastructure to offer early warning systems through their digital ecosystem about the safety of the physical space in relation to disease outbreaks or sanitary crises?  And how to protect their operations across different stages of the crisis? This can include: collaborative systems, measurement technology, security, etc.

SECTION III:  Think about a solution for the company you selected.

Sketch a solution for the problem you selected from the company you chose. During this process apply what you learn from Dave Snowden and if possible, talk with other peers or people you know of the company or other customers.
