PEMA positioners are beneficial for welders: they add ergonomic working comfort and ensure a safer working environment. Additionally, positioner utilization raises welding productivity as much as 70%. When combined with wireless PEMA remote control, all of the machine movements can be managed easily and safely. As an hi-tech automation company, Pemamek wants to take the programming and operating the positioner to the next level. We want you to join our R&amp;D challenge of <b>how to create UX Design to PEMA programmable positioner user interface.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Starting points for the seminar are to tell participants what PEMA programmable positioner is and what is the purpose of positioner\u2019s user interface. During the workshop we will gather different ideas and perspectives for UX Design for the programmable positioner.<\/p>\n<p>Main objectives of the interface are to allow user to easily create or edit work cycles online or offline and the interface to be unambiguous to use. UX Design should be straightforward and easy to read. User should also understand how the interface handles data of work cycles without previous experience. User can see the current state of active work cycle and change it in online mode if the machine controller is used. Single work cycle consist of steps and single step contains all the information for the movements of the machine. User can save work cycle files to current device or load an existing file.
