An ethnographic study on gig work and creativity in the post-pandemic Finland<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This research project scrutinizes cultural practices and creativity among the people who get their living from gig work. In this research, without diminishing the problems of gig economy, gig workers are seen as creative, inventive and adaptive agents who navigate untypical work. Our key question is how do diverse people experience gig work in the post-pandemic Finland?
