Pilot Turku provides its logistics competence and contacts to the project. It also serves as a dissemination channel and data collection channel to the local businesses. The Council also is a direct connection to other local authorities and policy makers. HSL will participate in LogOn Baltic as WP3 leader with their expertise in logistics research.
