For instructions\u00a0on how to find Publicum, see\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/blogit.utu.fi\/nds2017\/location-and-accommodation\/\">Location and accommodation<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The registration desk<\/strong> will be located on first floor (in Publicum).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Keynote speeches and parallel sessions<\/strong>\u00a0(all in Publicum)<br \/>\nLecture hall PUB3, first floor,<br \/>\nPUB4 at the second floor (next to elevator),<br \/>\nPUB5 at the third floor (next to elevator),<br \/>\nRoom 126 at the first floor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Poster session:\u00a0<\/strong>second and third floor hall (Publicum).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.demografi.no\/index.php\/nordisk-demografisk-forening\/statutes-and-by-laws-of-the-nordic-demographic-society\">Nordic Demographic Society<\/a> <strong>General Assembly <\/strong>on Thursday\u00a0in PUB3 \u2013 all members of the Nordic societies welcome!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lunches:<\/strong> Student restaurant Macciavelli, Educarium, which is the building right next to Publicum.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Coffees:<\/strong> The\u00a0entrance hall of Publicum or, during the poster session, by the posters.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reception event<\/strong> on Wednesday is hosted by the City of Turku in Turku City Hall, Aurakatu 2. When you have found\u00a0Restaurant Blanko, the city hall is across the street.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Conference Dinner<\/strong> on Thursday will take place at the Restaurant <a href=\"http:\/\/www.huli.fi\/en\/hus-lindman\/\">Hus Lindman<\/a> (address: Piispankatu 15). It is on the walking route from hotels to the symposium venue, about half way.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Name badge: <\/strong>Please wear your name badge while attending the sessions and events, as it indicates that you are registered and permitted to attend.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/open?id=1pYEi7N0Bw4lNh6adTKPUb1zHU50&amp;usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Click here for a map showing the locations<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Wi-Fi<\/h3>\n<p>UTU Visitor in an open unencrypted network for all campus area visitors:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Connect your device to the UTU Visitor network.<\/li>\n<li>Open an Internet browser and insert your name and e-mail address in the login page.<\/li>\n<li>A single login is valid for 8 hours after which you need to log in again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The secured Eduroam network can be accessed with the University of Turku username and password or credentials from other universities and institutions participating in the Eduroam consortium:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Connect your device to the Eduroam network<\/li>\n<li>Log in with your UTU username and password inserting the username as <em>username@utu.fi<\/em> or use your credentials from your home institution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Fragrance sensitivity awareness<\/h3>\n<p>Please consider reducing the amount of fragranced products you wear at gatherings such as this event. Fragrances can trigger allergies, asthma, migraines and other serious health reactions in others.<\/p>\n<h3>Parking<\/h3>\n<p>At the campus area, short-time parking costs 0.50 \u20ac per hour.
