{"id":1835,"date":"2019-09-24T11:49:06","date_gmt":"2019-09-24T11:49:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogit.utu.fi\/resqu2\/?p=1835"},"modified":"2019-09-25T06:25:58","modified_gmt":"2019-09-25T06:25:58","slug":"chemsar-handbook-going-places","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogit.utu.fi\/resqu2\/2019\/09\/24\/chemsar-handbook-going-places\/","title":{"rendered":"ChemSAR Handbook going places"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ChemSAR Handbook for Maritime SAR in HNS Incidents was spotted on many tables when the Technical Correspondence Group on Hazardous and Noxious Substances of the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) held a two-day meeting\u00a0this week to commence the developing of a training curriculum for chemical spill response for the Member States. The meeting took place on 23 &#8211; 24 September in Lisbon. Teemu Niemel\u00e4 from the Finnish Border Guard participated in the meeting. He was leading the work on developing the operational plans and standard operational procedures for maritime incidents involving HNS in ChemSAR.
