{"id":1943,"date":"2019-10-16T11:40:35","date_gmt":"2019-10-16T11:40:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogit.utu.fi\/resqu2\/?p=1943"},"modified":"2019-10-16T11:49:02","modified_gmt":"2019-10-16T11:49:02","slug":"hybrid-threats-and-harbour-protection-workshop","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogit.utu.fi\/resqu2\/2019\/10\/16\/hybrid-threats-and-harbour-protection-workshop\/","title":{"rendered":"Hybrid threats and Harbour Protection workshop"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hybrid CoE,\u00a0European\u00a0Defence Agency and\u00a0ResQU2\u00a0organised a workshop on Hybrid threats and Harbour Protection\u00a0in Helsinki, 15\u201316 October.\u00a0The workshop brought together key public and private partners: harbour authorities, shipping industry and related business entities, representatives of EU and NATO as well as transport, security and defence experts from relevant Ministries and governmental agencies.<\/p>\n<p>Hybrid threats in a harbour protection context were examined by assessing vulnerabilities and solutions for effective protection measures and improved resilience. The workshop included a Table Top Exercise involving a scenario of hybrid threats against seaports.
