Painopiste on siirtynyt sairauksien hoidon ohella kohti terveyden edist\u00e4mist\u00e4. Laadukkaaseen ja monipuoliseen asiakasl\u00e4ht\u00f6iseen hoitoty\u00f6h\u00f6n kuuluu yhteisty\u00f6 eri sote-alan ammattilaisten v\u00e4lill\u00e4. T\u00e4st\u00e4 syyst\u00e4 moniammatillisuutta ja moniammatillista ty\u00f6skentely\u00e4 tulisi harjoitella jo osana sotealan opintoja. Siin\u00e4 miss\u00e4 sote-ala on muuttunut, on muuttunut my\u00f6s sote-alan ty\u00f6 ja ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6iden rooli. Asiantuntijuutta rakennetaan enemm\u00e4n yhdess\u00e4 eri ammattiryhmien v\u00e4lill\u00e4. Moniammatillista ty\u00f6skentely\u00e4 tulee kuitenkin harjoitella, sill\u00e4 se kulkee k\u00e4sikk\u00e4in oman ammatti-identiteetin rakentumisen kanssa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Moniammatillista ty\u00f6skentely\u00e4 tulee harjoitella, sill\u00e4 se kulkee k\u00e4sikk\u00e4in oman ammatti-identiteetin rakentumisen kanssa.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Ammatti-identiteetti voidaan ajatella olevan ihmisen ja ty\u00f6n v\u00e4linen suhde, jota muokkaavat ymp\u00e4r\u00f6iv\u00e4 kulttuuri sek\u00e4 ihmisen omat arvot. Jos opiskelijan oma ammatti-identiteetti on p\u00e4\u00e4ssyt syntym\u00e4\u00e4n jo liian vahvaksi, ei moniammatillisen ty\u00f6skentelyn harjoittelu en\u00e4\u00e4 tue moniammatillisten taitojen oppimista yht\u00e4 tehokkaasti. T\u00e4m\u00e4 saattaa osaltaan selitt\u00e4\u00e4 my\u00f6s sit\u00e4, mink\u00e4 takia moniammatillisuuden edist\u00e4minen koetaan haastavana sote-alan asiantuntijoiden ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6iss\u00e4, niin kouluissa kuin kent\u00e4ll\u00e4. Ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6n yhteenlaskettu ty\u00f6kokemus on valtava, jolloin my\u00f6s ammatti-identiteetti on kasvanut samassa suhteessa ty\u00f6kokemuksen kanssa. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kun moniammatilliseen ty\u00f6skentelyyn perustuvat opinnot aloitetaan heti opintojen alkuvaiheessa, moniammatillinen oppiminen ja oma ammatti-identiteetti vahvistuvat toistaan tukien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><u>Moniammatillisuuden edist\u00e4misen haasteet<\/u><\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kun ty\u00f6nkuva sotealalla muuttuu, tulisi opetuksen muuttua samassa tahdissa. Ammattiin opiskeleva oppii halusta oppia ja h\u00e4n rakentaa opintojensa ajan tietopohjaa tulevaisuudelle. T\u00e4m\u00e4n matkan aikana opiskelijaa tulee kannustaa n\u00e4kem\u00e4\u00e4n my\u00f6s oman ammattialan ulkopuolelle. T\u00e4ss\u00e4 kohtaa t\u00e4rke\u00e4ss\u00e4 roolissa on opettaja, joka mahdollistaa opiskelijan harjaantumisen moniammatillisena toimijana osana moniammatillista tiimi\u00e4 ja osaa my\u00f6s itse n\u00e4hd\u00e4 oman ammattialansa ulkopuolelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Kun moniammatilliseen ty\u00f6skentelyyn perustuvat opinnot aloitetaan heti opintojen alkuvaiheessa, moniammatillinen oppiminen ja oma ammatti-identiteetti vahvistuvat toistaan tukien.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Vaikka moniammatillisuus n\u00e4hd\u00e4\u00e4n merkitt\u00e4v\u00e4n\u00e4 voimavarana ja edist\u00e4v\u00e4n\u00e4 tekij\u00e4n\u00e4 monessa yhteydess\u00e4, sen toteutuminen ei kuitenkaan ole aivan helppoa. Haastavaksi koetaan muun muassa erilaiset tietoperustat, toimintakulttuuri sek\u00e4 tapa ymm\u00e4rt\u00e4\u00e4 oma perusteht\u00e4v\u00e4 suhteessa muiden ty\u00f6teht\u00e4viin. &nbsp;N\u00e4iden haasteiden kautta on hyv\u00e4 l\u00e4hte\u00e4 suunnittelemaan, miten moniammatillista ty\u00f6skentely\u00e4 voidaan opiskelun ohessa rakentaa, jotta siit\u00e4 tulisi voimavara ja t\u00e4m\u00e4n p\u00e4iv\u00e4n ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4n kokemat haasteet eiv\u00e4t olisikaan en\u00e4\u00e4 tulevaisuuden haasteita. Opettajien on osattava n\u00e4hd\u00e4 moniammatillisuuden vahvuus asiakasl\u00e4ht\u00f6isess\u00e4 hoitoty\u00f6ss\u00e4, eik\u00e4 pit\u00e4yty\u00e4 kiinni ainoastaan omissa ammattialoissaan; huonosti suunniteltu, mielenkiinnoton moniammatillinen harjoitustilanne saattaa pahimmillaan kasvattaa kuilua eri ammattialojen v\u00e4lill\u00e4. Moniammatilliseen harjoitusty\u00f6h\u00f6n osallistuvan tulee saada kokea, ett\u00e4 h\u00e4n voi tuoda sen hetkist\u00e4 asiantuntijuuttaan ilmi ja ett\u00e4 t\u00e4m\u00e4 on t\u00e4rke\u00e4 osa harjoitusta sek\u00e4 merkitt\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4 tiimin moniammatillisuuden kannalta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moniammatillinen yhteisty\u00f6 on johtavien kansallisten ja kansainv\u00e4listen terveydenhuoltoj\u00e4rjestelmien tunnistama menetelm\u00e4 edesauttaa terveydenhuollon toimintaa kohti laadukasta ja sujuvaa asiakasl\u00e4ht\u00f6isyytt\u00e4. Moniammatillinen yhteisty\u00f6 on kuitenkin edennyt valitettavan hitaasti.
