Leinonen on hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4nyt\u00a0kristinuskon elementtej\u00e4 markkinataloutta kritisoivassa taiteessaan. Leinonen has made use of the elements of Christianity in its art criticising market economy. His work <em>McJesus<\/em> (2015) has especially reached the public consciousness.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/helda.helsinki.fi\/handle\/10138\/162738\"><strong>Leena M\u00e4kitalo<\/strong>,<\/a> FT, kotimainen kirjallisuus, Helsingin yliopisto | PhD, Finnish Literature, University of Helsinki<\/p>\n<p>Leena M\u00e4kitalo\u00a0on v\u00e4itellyt Anna-Maija Raittilan runouden kristillisyydest\u00e4\u00a0vuonna 2016.\u200b\u00a0Raittila julkaisi vuosien 1947 ja 1999 v\u00e4lisen\u00e4 aikana 11 kristillist\u00e4 mystiikkaa henkiv\u00e4\u00e4\u00a0 \u00a0 runokokoelmaa.\u00a0\u00a0M\u00e4kitalon tutkimus on ensimm\u00e4inen Raittilan runoutta esittelev\u00e4\u00a0monografia.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;<\/p>\n<p>Leena M\u00e4kitalo defended her doctoral thesis on the Christianity of Anna-Maija Raittila\u00b4s poetry in 2016. Raittila published 11 collections, the first one in 1947 and the last in 1999. The study shows that the poem collections follow Christian mysticism, a contributing tendency to modernism.
