The registration desk will be located on first floor (in Publicum).
Keynote speeches and parallel sessions (all in Publicum)
Lecture hall PUB3, first floor,
PUB4 at the second floor (next to elevator),
PUB5 at the third floor (next to elevator),

Poster session: second and third floor hall (Publicum).
Nordic Demographic Society General Assembly on Thursday in PUB3 – all members of the Nordic societies welcome!
Lunches: Student restaurant Macciavelli, Educarium, which is the building right next to Publicum.
Coffees: The entrance hall of Publicum or, during the poster session, by the posters.
Reception event on Wednesday is hosted by the City of Turku in Turku City Hall, Aurakatu 2. When you have found Restaurant Blanko, the city hall is across the street.
The Conference Dinner on Thursday will take place at the Restaurant Hus Lindman (address: Piispankatu 15). It is on the walking route from hotels to the symposium venue, about half way.
Name badge: Please wear your name badge while attending the sessions and events, as it indicates that you are registered and permitted to attend.

UTU Visitor in an open unencrypted network for all campus area visitors:
- Connect your device to the UTU Visitor network.
- Open an Internet browser and insert your name and e-mail address in the login page.
- A single login is valid for 8 hours after which you need to log in again.
The secured Eduroam network can be accessed with the University of Turku username and password or credentials from other universities and institutions participating in the Eduroam consortium:
- Connect your device to the Eduroam network
- Log in with your UTU username and password inserting the username as username@utu.fi or use your credentials from your home institution
