The symposium dinner is held on Thursday 10 October 2024, 7pm, at Brewery Restaurant Koulu. We will enjoy a prefixed menu with a choice of beef or vegan main course. The dinner fee is to be paid at the time of registration. The fee is 53,94€ (incl. VAT) for the beef and 50,64€ (incl. VAT) for the vegan. See the menu below for details.
The dinner fee does not include drinks. The restaurant offers drink packages of two glasses of wine for 20€ or two glasses of non-alcoholic wine for 16€. These and all other drinks can be purchased at the restaurant during the dinner.

Åland’s Port Salud-cheese salad, made with pear, pomegranate, black lentils, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese mayonnaise and beetroot chips.

Chocolate pastry and coffee/tea
Koulu (Finnish for ‘school’) is the largest brewery restaurant in Finland and has been making quality beers, ciders and food for 25 years. The restaurant building was finished in 1889 and acted as a school until 1997. More information on this unique venue is available at Koulu’s website.
