The first highlight of the year was our industrial seminar session with LM-Instruments Oy. A new domain in the seminar course and for me.
We are very thankful to Petri Aronkytö, Juuso Huusko-Viikilä and Timo Helenius. They guide me during the preparation of the session and they shared their knowledge with us during our visit. Their feedback and words were valuable for all the participants, from R&D perspective to the challenges a CEO is currently encountering.
Also I want to thank the brave participants, students from Turun yliopisto – University of Turku, who did their best while getting out of their comfort zone. 
From this session, it is clear that the competition worldwide, across all types of industries, is fierce. I am amazed by what Finnish companies have achieved up to today. I only can say that I feel commitment to contribute, in what I can do, to keep the Finnish leadership in quality and innovation across their industries. The path is not easy but we have “sisu” to keep moving forward!
