Sääntömääräinen kevätkokous / Regulated spring meeting 2022

JUNecto ry:n hallitus toivottaa jäsenensä JUNecto ry:n sääntömääräiseen kevätkokoukseen torstaina 3.3. kello 10.00–11.30. Kokous järjestetään etänä. Kevätkokouksessa valitaan toimikuntien jäsenet vuodelle 2022 sekä käydään läpi yhdistyksen vuoden 2021 toimintakertomus, tilinpäätös ja toiminnantarkastus. Kokouksen esityslista, muut kokousmateriaalit ja osallistumislinkki on lähetetty jäsenille kaksi viikkoa etukäteen JUNEcton sähköpostilistan kautta. Linkkiä kokoukseen voi pyytää hallitukselta, junecto-hallitus@utu.fi.

JUNecto ry’s board welcomes the association’s members to JUNecto ry’s regulated spring meeting on Thursday, March 3rd from 10.00 to 11.30 o’clock. The meeting will be held remotely. During the spring meeting, committee members for year 2022 are selected and the association’s 2021’s annual report, financial statement and performance audit are reviewed. The agenda, other documentation and links to the meeting have been sent to the members two weeks prior to the meeting. The meeting link can be requested from the board, junecto-hallitus@utu.fi. are attached to this email.
JUNecto ry’s annual report and financial statement will be added to this site after the spring meetings has been concluded.
