Jennifer Chandler, University of Ottawa, Centre for Health Law, Policy and Ethics, Canada
Professor Chandler holds the Bertram Loeb Research Chair in the Faculty of Law, University of Ottawa.  Her research interests lie in the ethics and law of emerging biomedical technologies, particularly related to the brain and mind.  She is a member of the Board of Directors of the International Neuroethics Network.  Her website is

Jukka Varelius, University of Turku, Finland
Jukka Varelius is a Research Fellow at the Department of Philosophy, Contemporary History, and Political Science at the University of Turku, Finland.
His research interests focus on questions of applied ethics. His previous work can be found here.

Kai Vogeley, University Hospital Cologne, Germany
Kai Vogeley is professor for psychiatry with research interests in the fields of self-consciousness, social cognition, social neuroscience and philosophical aspects of psychopathology. Previous work is available here.
