The research team is currently finishing two major articles. ‘Reconsidering the authorship of Ciceronian corpus through computational authorship attribution’ (first author Raija Vainio) is currently under revision and will be re-submitted in May. A new work is attributed to the major Classical author Marcus Tullius Cicero.
Analyses for the article ‘The Augustinian Imitation Game – Computational analysis of the pseudo-Augustinian Sermones ad fratres in eremo and the Augustinian corpus’ (first author Reima Välimäki) are ready, and we hope to submit the article also in May 2018. A large-scale analysis of Augustinian corpus proposes a new anti-Manichean treatise to Augustine of Hippo but challenges a recent attribution of thirteen new sermons to him.
