Giorgio Zavattoni
I am a doctoral student at the University of Turku. I am interested in applied ecology and I am excited about being part of the SPEAR project because I believe in its potential to produce policy relevant outcomes for conservation. Besides, investigating the use and effectiveness of climate change mitatigations actions for biodiversity is a highly needed and relevant topic in current research, whose importance is sadly destined to increase.
I completed my bachelor degree in Biology at the University of Parma (Italy) and my master degree in Ecology and Evolutionary biology at the University of Helsinki (Finland).
