Partner Meeting

I am glad to invite you to our fifth Partner meeting taking place on 18 – 20 September 2017 in Klaipeda, Lithuania. Please notice that WP2 workshop will take place already in the evening of the 18^thSeptember, which was not in the original plan. This is to enable WP2 partners also to attend other WP sessions.

The meeting will take place at the Amberton Hotel on Naujojo Sodo str. 1C. Our host is the Klaipeda University. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a block reservation in this hotel. The contact information of this and some other hotels are shown below.

I would like to ask you to register to these meetings with our Konsta registration system at https://konsta.utu.fi/Default.aspx?tabid=88&tap=4093 preferably latest on Friday 8^th September for organizational purposes.

We will also have our Steering Group meeting in Klaipeda on the 19^th September. I have sent a separate invitation for it but I would like our members to register in the above given link as well by ticking the relevant boxes.
