The work in WP3 comprises mainly of:

•taking stock of the current regulatory framework;
•collecting, verifying and disseminating information on the upcoming changes in regulations;
•analyzing how these are followed and/or enforced, and;
•collecting and analyzing information on the organizational, legal, financial, technological or other impediments in compliance.
