Risk analysis in ports is important for ensuring reliability, supply chain resilience, and transport safety & security in logistics operations.

Risk assessments are very important to both logistics operators and Rescue Services and other Civil Protection, such as Customs, Border Guard, Coast Guard and Police, and to and environmental agencies.
