How to deal with multithreaded maritime rescue operations?

ResQU2 is organising a series of events to create discussion and demonstrate best practices related to emergency preparedness. The workshop on Multithreaded Rescue Operations at the Baltic Sea and Port Regions focuses on the problematics of handling rescue operations, in which rescue authorities and services need to tackle multiple threats.

26 – 27 November 2019, Gdańsk, Poland

The workshop draws from the best-practices developed in four international emergency preparedness projects, from their main outputs, lessons learned, added values and forms of future cooperation. They have produced recommendations on how to deal with partial problems related to emergency situations. But as emergencies often tend to have multiple threats, the findings and best-practices should be globalized into scenarios of combined threats.

We welcome especially professionals of the rescue field to take part in the workshop and contribute to the discussions.
