ResQU2 has been co-operating with the European Centre of Excellence for Countering Hybrid Threats, and one result to this co-operation is the Handbook on Maritime Hybrid Threats. The handbook was published today in Brussels, in the meeting of Institutions and Member states’ delegations of the community of interest “Vulnerabilities and Resilience”.
