Professor of Theoretical Philosophy Olli Koistinen is going to be 60 years in 2016. To celebrate Professor Koistinen, an event of four talks was organised in the Philosophy Unit on 20th of April 2016. Lars Vinx, Kai Hauser, Jani Sinokki and Joseph Almog each gave a talk. Koistinen himself was among the audience and participated to the discussion.
Koistinen’s research interests include metaphysics and early modern philosophy. He has written about such philosophers as Spinoza and Immanuel Kant.
